How We Can Help

We understand that if you are bereaved, you may be feeling very isolated in your grief, even if you are lucky enough to be surrounded by family and friends. You may feel that others do not understand how you are feeling or that you do not want to 'burden' them with your thoughts and feelings. For these reasons many people find it much easier to talk to someone that they do not know.

At WBSS we will offer you a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment that will allow you the time and space to talk freely about the person who has died and to explore your thoughts and feelings about their death.

If you decide you would like to request bereavement support, you will be offered up to 10 support sessions - each session lasting 50 minutes. Usually the first 3 or 4 sessions are offered weekly, the next 3 or 4 fortnightly and then the last couple monthly. However, this is only a guide and can be altered to suit your individual need.

We offer sessions between...

9.30am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday
10.30am - 3.30pm on Saturday
